CAMERA-READY PAPERS SUBMISSION

This page contains instructions for authors for submitting camera-ready papers for presentation at the ICICSE 2025 conference. All accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and subsequently indexed in Scopus.

1. Camera-ready guidelines

  • Submit your revised paper according to reviewers’ comments to Easychair: before/by 30 July, 2025.  Please also submit Turnitin Similarity Report, and make sure that the Similarity Index is 15% or below.
  • Authors of accepted manuscript are required to register for the conference/journal publication at the full rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. The publication fee can be found here.

2. Journal publication guidelines

  • For the journal publication, format your paper according to the journal template which can be found at the journal website (IEEE).
  • Manuscript is restricted to a minimum of 8 pages (and no more than 20 pages) including figures, tables, references, and appendices.
  • It is highly recommended for authors to include at least ONE co-author from either industry or international collaborator in the journal manuscript.
  • You will receive a cover letter from ICICSE2025’s publication chair to be appended during your journal submission.
  • Submit your journal manuscript via this link.

    The deadline for the journal submission is on 31th August 2025.

3. Registration and fee payment guideline

  • Complete and submit online registration form (which can be obtained at the conference website) 30 July, 2025.
  • Complete your registration fee payment via UPM Payment Gateway before/by 15 September 2025.
  • PLEASE MENTION ICICSE2025 and YOUR PAPER ID IN TRANSACTION REFERENCE. After performing the transfer, please email a copy of the transaction slip to icicse@upm.edu.my. All bank charges are to be borne by the participants.
