Publication Support

Authors are invited to submit papers describing original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal.
Paper Submission: Papers must be registered on Easychair and submitted in PDF format. Detailed submission instructions are available at the conference website.
Full Regular papers (maximum 8 pages plus references and appendices, 10 pt font in IEEE format) should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference.

All papers will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The papers will be submitted for indexing by Scopus.

IEEE has a strict no-show policy for accepted conference papers. If an accepted paper is not presented at the conference, either physically or virtually, by at least one author or a qualified representative, it will not be published on IEEE Xplore. Furthermore, no refund of registration fees will be given to no-show authors.

Journal Submission
Selected papers in ICICSE 2025 will be invited to submit extended versions to a Scopus-indexed journal, Asia-Pacific Journal of Information Technology and Multimedia (APJITM) https://www.ukm.my/apjitm/. Subject to the journal’s publication requirements, all accepted papers in APJITM are eligible to be published at a discounted rate. Authors are required to attach a cover letter from the ICICSE 2025 Publication Chair when submitting their manuscript to the journal.

Submission Information

Authors are invited to submit papers for presentation at the conference, describing original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal. Papers must be submitted electronically to EasyChair in PDF format, US-Letter size (not A4), with all fonts embedded (the PDF-A standard meets this requirement). Please format your submission using the IEEE templates found at:
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

Full regular papers (minimum 6 pages and maximum 8 pages plus references and appendices, 10 pt. font in IEEE format) should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference.

Paper registration and submission will be through EasyChair.

Title of your manuscript must include the track code as given below (e.g. T1_ChatGPT).
