Payments must be made before/by 20 October 2025 in either Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or US Dollar (USD).

Conference Registration and Payment Procedure

To finalize your participation in ICICSE2025, please complete the following steps for payment and registration.

1. Payment Process

• All payments must be processed through the official UPM PutraPayment portal.
• Access the Portal: Please visit https://putrapayment.upm.edu.my.
• Payment Details:
  • From the main menu, select "Other Services".
  • In the designated field, please enter your IC Number or Passport Number.
  • Under the "Payment to" section, choose ICICSE2025.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction. We recommend saving a digital or printed copy of your payment confirmation for your records. For any inquiries pertaining to the invoice, kindly reach out to Dr. Nur Arzilawati binti Md Yunus, Treasurer of ICICSE 2025, via email at nurarzilawati@upm.edu.my

Critical Information for Publishing Authors

To ensure the inclusion of your work in the conference proceedings, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Correct Category Selection: Authors are responsible for selecting the appropriate registration category (e.g., Author, Student, IEEE Member) and ensuring the full payment of the applicable fees.
• Status Verification: Registrations in the IEEE Member and Student categories are subject to verification. You must provide valid proof of your current membership or student status.
• Publication Policy: Non-compliance with these registration and payment requirements will unfortunately result in the manuscript being withheld from publication.
